Are you a newcomer to horizon scanning? A few decision points and methodological reflections on the process

In this short methodological paper, we introduce four issues regarding the process of a horizon scanning exercise. During our project about future higher education, met with several challenges that influenced data gathering and analysis research. The were as follows: (1) finding right template gathering, (2) identifying focus exercise, (3) effect chosen target group on process, (4) issue blind spots analyzed discourse. By making research dilemmas answers transparent, would like to highlight how these decisions shaped output. manner, demonstrate iterative aspect data-gathering phases in processes. discussing challenges, also attempt emphasize mutually affect each other turn itself.
